Wonkyung Food Traditional fermented food is a valuable culture that must be preserved with the growing generation. We started with the desire to leave healthy food. We are making it with our family, grandchildren and granddaughters in mind.

Where do you produce it?
Wonkyung Food, which established a home in Sangwol-myeon, Nonsan-si, Chungcheongnam-do, uses only 100% of local agricultural products and processes it, boils soybeans in a cast iron cauldron, makes soybeans, dries them, and spreads rice straw in an ocher room to float meju. We are striving to create a mature and honest taste by repeating opening and closing the lid of the jar every day by dipping the soybean paste in a jar on the first day of the month of New Year's Eve.

We are paying attention to the efforts to select only good agricultural products and the fermentation process of meju. Rather than making it a familiar and good taste, we do not add any additives to make the traditional food taste and deep flavor, and we use only the good quality beans that are farmed as raw materials.
Wonkyung Food traditional source goes through fermentation and maturation process, overcoming the spring sunlight in the jar, the hot summer enough to burn if you touch the jar, the autumn colored with pretty maple leaves, and the harsh winter.
The sea salt without the bittern for 3 years boiled in a cast iron cauldron for 5 hours, then spread the soybean paste in a loess room with rice straw.
Then we selected only fermented soybeans that are rich in Bacillus subtilis and are free from miscellaneous germs and make them on the first month of the lunar calender.
